Dentre tais conexões, tivemos a honra de conhecer e nos relacionar com Flavio do Amaral, brasileiro e também italiano, que se dedica ao Futebol de Salão (Futsal) há mais de 30 (trinta) anos como jogador, técnico e empresário no mercado internacional (Portugal, Espanha, Itália, Qatar e EUA).
Além disso, Flávio do Amaral é proprietário da DA Academy em Orlando e com seu enfoque acadêmico e desenvolvedor de jovens, foi conectado por nós para criação do programa Tampa Bay Rowdies Futsal, em St Petesburg/Tampa, Flórida, EUA, tornando-se hoje diretor de tal programa.
Mas sua missão é continuada, seja pela vivência junto ao FUTSAL ou perante suas experiências na Europa.
Nasce agora a pioneira oportunidade de intercâmbio de um de seus atletas, através da relação com Alfredo Plati e Márcio Volpini, presidente e técnico da Società Sportiva ASD Bernalda Futsal (credenciada na Liga Nacional), localizada na cidade de Bernalda, no Sul da Itália.
O eleito para esse desafio é Daniel, próximo de seus 15 (quinze) anos de idade, um jovem brasileiro e também cidadão italiano, residente e jogador de futsal e futebol nos EUA na categoria U16 (abaixo de 16 anos).
O intercâmbio será esportivo, cultural e educativo e durará o mínimo 3 (três) meses, o jovem passará a atuar diariamente na categoria U19, bem como manterá seus estudos diários, incluindo, também, o aprimoramento da língua italiana.
Assim, a Personalite entrou em cena, com suas unidades nos EUA e em Portugal, atuando no desenvolvimento, intermediação e preparação dos documentos necessários para a concretização de sonhos e de projeto de vida pessoal e profissional de famílias e empresas envolvidas.

Among these connections, we had the honor of meeting and interacting with Flavio do Amaral, Brazilian and also Italian, who dedicated more than thirty (30) years of his life to sports as a player, coach, and entrepreneur in the international market (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Qatar, and the USA).
In addition, Flávio do Amaral is the owner of DA Academy in Orlando. With his focus on academic and youth development, we connected him with the Tampa Bay Rowdies, for the creation of the club’s Futsal program, in St Petersburg/Tampa, Florida, USA. Today, he is the director of the program.
His mission continued through FUTSAL and his experiences in Europe.
A pioneer exchange opportunity for one of his athletes was born through the relationship with Alfredo Plati and Márcio Volpini, president and coach of Società Sportiva ASD Bernalda Futsal (accredited in the National League), in the city of Bernalda in southern Italy.
The chosen one for this challenge is Daniel, a young Brazilian and also an Italian citizen, resident in the USA, a futsal and soccer player in the U16 category (under 16 years old), close to his fifteen (15) years of age.
The exchange program will have a sports, cultural and educational focus, and will last a minimum of three (03) months. The young player will start working daily in the U19 category, as well as maintaining his daily studies, including the improvement of the Italian language.
Thus, Personalite entered the scene, with its units in the USA and Portugal, working in the development, intermediation, and preparation of the documents necessary for the accomplishment of dreams, and personal and professional life projects of the families and companies involved.
